Thank you for shopping at TagForPaws. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality personalized custom products.
Since all our dog tags are personalized items made to your specifications, we adhere to a strict return policy.
1. Custom Products - Generally Non-Returnable
The dog tag you ordered is specially designed and manufactured for you, bearing unique personal features (such as pet's name, phone number, special design, etc.). Therefore, ALL custom-made items are FINAL SALE. Unless there is a major quality defect, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or order cancellations once production has begun.
2. Quality Issues
We maintain strict quality control. If you receive a product with a quality defect that is our responsibility, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing relevant photos or videos as evidence:

The item is broken, cracked, or has deep scratches under normal use.

The engraved content severely differs from the final design you approved (Please note: slight color variations, font rendering, or minor details due to image resolution are not considered quality defects).

The plating shows significant non-human-induced peeling within a short period (e.g., one week).
Once your claim is verified as a legitimate quality issue, we will be happy to provide a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Non-Quality Issues (Not Covered)
We cannot provide returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Incorrect custom information provided by you (e.g., spelling errors, wrong phone number, date).

You changed your mind about the style, font, or color of the custom product.

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, accident, or pet chewing.

Minor and inevitable traces of craftsmanship.
4. Return Process
If you encounter a quality issue that meets our terms, please do not return the item without authorization. First, contact our customer service team (Email: [Your Customer Service Email]). We will provide you with further instructions. Any returns shipped without our prior approval will not be accepted.
