By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to use it for production purposes.

License to Us: By submitting Your Content, you grant Tag For Paws a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing customer service, and facilitating the production of your custom dog tags.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tag For Paws from any claims arising from your submission of infringing materials.

3. Our Designs and Pre-made Templates

When you use one of Our Designs, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that design on the physical dog tag you purchase from us.
